FIRST CALL WINE CLUB AUGUST WINE RELEASE

August 7 and 8th

We’re planning a special food-and-wine pairing for club members on Release Weekend, featuring our Gold Medal 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon and Lexington style pulled pork sliders.

Club members can pick up their wines in our Tasting Room beginning August 6, 7, & 8,
and any weekend after the initial release date. The Tasting Room is open Friday through Sunday from 12:00 to 4:30.

To schedule an appointment to pick up your wine Monday through Thursday, call Tom

If you usually pick up your wine and would prefer to have it shipped this time, call Carol
at (925) 337-3045.

Wines will be shipped to members who chose the shipping option on Tuesday, August 10.


NEW ORLEANS NIGHT at BENT CREEK WINERY

We invite you and your guests to an evening of New Orleans style good times featuring:
A four course dinner catered by Cabana Dave
Two complimentary glasses of Bent Creek Wine
A jazz sextet led by Matt Finders, jazz trombonist & member of the Jay Leno Band for 17 years

Cajun crab cakes with chipotle aioli, Andouille sausage and dates wrapped in bacon, International Cheese Platter

Cajun Special:
Crab and Crawfish Boil (with shrimp, crab, crawfish, corn, onions, potatoes) served on newspaper on a table

Additional wine can be purchased in our tasting room.

Your dinner reservation will be charged to your credit card.
Due to our contract with the caterer, we will need to be notified about cancellations
by July 17 in order to refund the amount charged.

TGIT will return to Bent Creek for the 2010 year! Get a head start on your weekend with music and a glass of wine at Bent Creek.

5:00 to 8:00 PM on the following Thursday evenings:

Buy wines by the glass for $7.00 ($5.00 for wine club members) and sample a variety of cheeses.

Or enjoy a tasting of all of our wines for $5.00.

Then kick back on our patio and enjoy a relaxing time with jazz by the Twos Guys (music starts at 6:15).

* T.G.I.T. is a tradition for Carol and Pat dating from the time when they were elementary school principals. The school district held administrators meetings at 4:00 PM on Thursdays. By the time the meetings were finished, Carol and Pat wanted to kick back and relax. What better way to relax than to enjoy a glass of good wine and a little cheese? We'd like to share that tradition with you.
