Come savor the tastes of the islands

We welcome club members and their guests to join us in celebrating the beginning of summer with a four- course dinner catered by Cabana Dave.

Appetizers: Jerk Prawns and Pineapple Skewers, Cornmeal Crusted Scallops with Mango Jam, International Cheese Platter

Salad: Spring Salad with Mango and a Poppyseed Vinaigrette

Entrées & Side Dishes:
Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple/Mango Salsa
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Quarters
Grilled Asparagus with Lemon/Oil Dressing
Baked Sweet Potatoes, Coconut Rice
Homemade Cornbread and Butter with Spicy Chutney

Dessert: Mango/Coconut Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

Dinner includes two complimentary glasses of wine.
Additional wine can be purchased by club members at the 20% wine club discount.

Club members receive priority for reservations and may bring guests.
Your dinner reservations will be charged to your credit card.
Due to our contract with the caterer, we will need to be notified about cancellations one week before the scheduled event in order to refund the amount charged.
